Internal Error during log in (students)

Problem

When logging in, the system presents and Internal Server Error

Conditions

This error occurs when too many log in attempts have occurred for a username in a small period of time. This may also result from two browsers or devices trying to log into the same user at the same time.

Steps for resolution

Please double-check your credentials, then wait 5-10 minutes before trying to log in again.
