Username and Password Issues
If you're having difficulty signing into your Edison Learning account, we can help! Of course, we'll need specific information from you. Here's what's required for us to make a speedy look in to your account:
- Your name
- Your username(if you know it)
- The specific error that you're encountering(screenshots are a bonus!)
We can then look you up in our system, quickly, and process what it takes for you to get signed in!
Course Issues
When it comes to issues with courses, whether it be content that might not be displaying, or an inability to submit an assignment, we need as much information on it as possible so we can test it, ensure whether it's functioning as designed, and to determine where the root cause is. So, for course issues, we need:
- Your name
- The specific course that you're having difficulty with
- A detailed explanation concerning the problem
- If at all possible, attach a screenshot
From there, we'll gather up all the necessary data and move on from there!
