Steps for resolution

EdisonLearning now empowers institutions to select their own grade approval
process. Each institution in eSchoolware can select either a teacher-only or
teacher and advisor grade approval process. If selecting teacher-only, there will
be no grade request or approval step for advisors. The teacher will simply approve
the grade and it will be finalized in the report card and transcript. If the institution
elects to use the teacher and advisor grade approval, then the teacher's approval
will be sent to the student's advisor assigned in eSchoolware for final approval and
entry into the student's report card and transcript.
